Shipping Destinations: We ship to all states in the continental US as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories (additional fees may apply).
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines: It takes approximately 1 week to process orders on our end, after which the parcel carrier will deliver within 3-5 additional business days typically. In rare cases, an unforeseen delay may occur . If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact SANS Customer Service for assistance.
Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping is provided on all orders within the continental US. Additional transit fees apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico as well as other non-contiguous US territories.
Carriers Used: SANS leverages major carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS to deliver purchases. We reserve right to utilize alternate reputable carriers as needed.
No Liability for Damage or Loss:While we aim to pack shipments securely, SANS is not liable for lost packages or damages sustained during transit through actions of the parcel carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us if you discover missing or damaged items so we can file a claim or replacement order as applicable. Note that external packaging damage does not necessarily indicate product damage internally.
Returns & Restocking Fees
1.Unused chargers may be returned within 14 days of receipt for free.
2.Lightly used chargers returned within 14 days incur a $10 restocking fee per unit.
3.Refused deliveries are assessed a $20 flat restocking fee per charger.
4.Returns within 14 days due to confirmed product defects are exempt from restocking fees if our Customer Service team is notified promptly.
